Yes, there are several promotions going at booths.
Please refer to the following for the shipping calculation of mooncakes:
West Malaysia
- For Traditional Baked Skin Mooncake: Shipping fee RM10. Free delivery for orders of RM150 and above. Use Code: FSWEST.
- For Snowskin Mooncake: Shipping fee of RM15 per address.
- 🔔 If you purchase both types of mooncakes together, Free delivery for orders of RM150 and above of Traditional Baked Skin Mooncake. Use Code: FSWEST. However, there is still an RM15 refrigerated shipping fee for Snowskin Mooncakes
East Malaysia:
- For Traditional Baked Skin Mooncake: Shipping fee RM30. Free shipping for orders of RM300 and above. Use Code: FSEAST.
- ❌ Snowskin Mooncake cannot be shipped to East Malaysia.

No, the date you select at checkout is the shipping date. Your chosen items will be shipped on that day.
Subsequently, you can anticipate receiving your package within 1-3 business days from the shipping date.
Yes, if you find more items to add to your order, simply reach out to our customer service team with your name and invoice number for reference. Let them know which product you wish to include. They will assist in updating your order and sending you an updated invoice via email for payment. Once payment is made, your order will be prepared for shipping/pickup.
This process doesn’t necessarily affect the delivery fees, as they will be based on the initial order details.

Our company outlets offer a wide range of confectionery related to our brand. This may include our confectionery OEM & ODM.

We operate Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm.
ORDERING
You can place order via our website “liumamabakery@gmail.com”, Facebook page “刘mama Bakery”, phone call “0107698378” or walk in directly to our outlet and look for our staffs for assistance.
We recommend 3 days in advance for orders. For any orders less than 3 days, please contact 0107698378 to get in touch with us .
You only can make a full payment when you’re purchasing whether on the website, social media, by phone call, or walk-in.
For same day deliveries, we would arrange Lalamove deliveries or self-deliveries. Please send your orders in latest by 5.30 pm so that we can arrange delivery for you.
DELIVERY
Our delivery charges are based on the price shown on Lalamove application. You may refer to the charges on our website.
Always check your products in front of our delivery driver, he will leave only if you are ok with the product. If there is any damage, our rider will inform the Liumama Bakery store and we will deliver a new product to you as soon as possible, through Lalamove deliveries or self-deliveries.
Please ensure that there is someone at home from our working hour on delivery day to collect. There will be a grace period of 10mins. If no one is around to receive the products, our driver will have to bring the products back to the shop after he has finished delivering for the day and you would have to arrange for self collection or deliveries at our shop instead.
Yes, there will be a door to door delivery charge of RM5.
PICKUP
Our shop is open from 10am-8pm so you can pick up your products anytime within our opening hours.
Please present your order proof.
Any changes made regarding delivery will have to reach us at least 3 days before the date of delivery. We will be able to change it for you only if you have received an approval from us before the date of delivery. Otherwise, you would have to stick to pick up at our stores or arrange for a third party delivery person on your own.
Yes. We can help you store your product in our shop for 2 weeks.

We accept cash, e-payments, and online banking.
REFUND/CANCELLATION
Changes and cancellation are possible as long as they are made 2 weeks of the collection date. Please reach us through liumamabakery@gmail.com.
