• LiuMama Bakery ships traditional mooncakes using City-Link Express as our third-party shipping carrier.
• For Snowskin mooncakes, we use Whallo Cold as our third-party shipping carrier.
• Orders will be processed within 1-2 days.
• Once handed over to the shipping carriers, delivery will take 3-5 days.
Local Pick-Up
• LiuMama Bakery offers three locations for self-pickup:
– LiuMama Bakery HQ: 26, Jalan Ekoperniagaan 2/7, Taman Ekoperniagaan, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
– Johor Bahru KSL City Mall Booth
– Johor Bahru City Square Booth
• For local pickup, orders must be placed at least 3 days before the desired pickup date.
